Torah Portion: Chayeh Sarah

Description

This is Bill’s commentary on the torah portion Chayeh Sarah – “Life of Sarah.” This sidrah begins and ends with the death of Sarah and Abraham respectively. Prominently displayed between these two events is Eliezer’s journey to Syria to secure the chosen wife for Abraham’s son, Isaac. Thus we see a picture of the Heavenly Father’s devotion to send His Spirit throughout the nations to find those who wish to come out from their surroundings and be joined to the Promised Son. Teaching highlights include:
