? How was that seed corrupted I’m assuming Adam/Eve were perfect in the beginning . I understand the act of eating fruit but was that fruit then what corrupted or altered the seed?
Shalom
Paul
Paul. Assuming that you’re referring to the seed that is associated with the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, being a mixed tree (Good and Evil) means it was corrupt from its beginning. The “seed” that grew into that tree was corrupt and consequently produced corrupt fruit. If you want to go deeper into this, I suggest that you listen to the Torah portion “B’reshiyt” Unfortunately, the part you want to listen to is about halfway into this very lengthy teaching but here is the link if you’re interested. https://billcloud.com/podcast/torah-portion-breshiyt-breshiyt-11-68/
